Reservation Policy And Procedures
Payment Policy
Reservations made more than 31 days in advance require a deposit payment of 30% of the total lodging at the time of booking. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full pre-payment at the time of booking. Final payments are due in the amount indicated on your rental agreement 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. These terms are subject to change, all changes will be in your rental agreement in your secure online account.
Cancellation Date and Policy
If your lodging reservation is cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival, the individual property cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival is non-refundable according to the general cancellation policy. There are no refunds for late arrival, early departure or no show. Jetliving offers and strongly recommends travel insurance. The Jetliving booking fee is due at the time of booking and is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Special Requests
Jetliving does its best to accommodate special requests for unit amenities and bedding arrangements. However, since many units are individually owned, unit changes could become necessary. Jetliving can not guarantee such requests.

Notice of Responsibility
uest understands that Agent is only a marketing agent for Premises and receives a commission ranging from 5% to 30% of the value of the Subtotal once all other deposits, rental revenue and other invoice charges are paid by Guest. Therefore, in order to confirm a reservation deposits, rental revenue and other invoice charges are paid immediately to the legal property owner, other agent or agency, caretaker, realtor or property manager to secure the reservation based upon the property owners requirements. Since funds are paid to third parties Agent cannot warrant that client funds will be recoverable on behalf of the Guest in all circumstances. As a result, Guest acknowledges that, if all deposits, rental revenue and other invoice charges have been paid, the maximum recourse the Guest has against Agent for any alleged breach of this Agreement is the amount of the commission paid or to be paid to Agent arising out of this Agreement.
